Our hand selected mash bill of 70% Corn, 20% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley creates the perfect balance of sweet corn and traditional rye spice. On the nose, this expression brings strong notes of graham cracker and warm fall spices. As it rolls across the tongue, you’re immediately hit with sweet notes of honey that can sometimes be harder to find in a rye bourbon.
