With a hand selected grain lineup of 68% Corn, 20% Wheat, and 12% Malted Barley, you can expect a much sweeter and mellow flavor profile in this spirit. On the nose, you’re instantly hit with a strong butterscotch bomb. As it works across your palette you will get the standard sweet notes of toasted sugar and vanilla that come with a great wheated bourbon. It finishes off with light nutty flavors and a medium oily mouthfeel. We’re confident that this one will be a hard bottle to keep on the shelf.
